Get out of your way & Get into Action
This group is for those, who like me, have struggled with getting into action. Some of you have it that although you are successful, you have done so by working at less than your full potential, so your success is fleeting. Some of you consider yourselves to be underachievers who also have it that you haven’t worked to your full potential. As such, you haven’t reached the level of success you want. Whichever category you are in, the end result is that you are not where you want to be:

-
Maybe you can’t seem to get into action.
-
Maybe you never finish projects.
-
Maybe you are stuck.
-
Maybe you think that your vision is unattainable.
-
Maybe you are drowning in overwhelm and a sea of negative self-talk.
-
Well then, just maybe it’s time to get supported so that you can reach your next level.

What’s my story?
I am a recovering, lazy overachiever. What does that mean you ask? Well, for most of my life I’ve been successful. I got good grades in school, graduated magna cum laude from college, went to graduate school, and had a very successful career in Higher Education. If you were to ask others about me, they would most likely tell you that I am talented, smart, and a hard worker. At the end of the day, I’m a person that others come to get things done, and I make it look easy.

The truth is that my success has come with its fair share of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. You see, I’ve spent most of my life having trouble getting into action, being unmotivated, and having a strong pull towards “I don’t want to.” I would often wait until the last minute to do things. I am my own worst critic in that what I did was never good enough, so I would put off finishing projects. I believed that I was a procrastinator, with a capital P, and I couldn’t help myself because it was genetic. My mom, dad, and all six of my siblings were procrastinators, so I couldn’t help but be a procrastinator myself. Rather, that’s the story I told myself.

What I learned through coaching is that my procrastination stemmed from fear. It wasn’t the kind of fear where I was scared of the dark, dogs, or clowns. It’s that internal fear. The fears that sit in my mind and told me that I wasn’t good enough, that others would judge me, that I didn’t know enough, that others would think I was fraud. Those fears often kept me from getting into action. So despite the fact I've accomplished a lot, the success didn't have me actually living the life I wanted, craved, and deserved.

That’s why I created this group. It is for those who want to get into action and create the best version of their lives while simultaneously living fearlessly, happily, and powerfully. It is for people who are ready to put down their stories of what they can’t do and focus on moving past their stops and getting into action.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
The group provided a support network I didn't know I needed. It allowed for me to hear how others perceived me and my strengths, which was inspiring. Additionally, this experience gave me a group of allies with whom I could process and identify barriers to success - without judgement.
