Shelia Collins is an International Coach Federation (ICF) and Accomplishment Coaching-certified coach.  She coaches individuals who are looking to move their careers to the next level while simultaneously creating balance. She is especially adept at working with those who have too much to do and not enough time.  Her client roster includes ambitious professionals and educators from the likes of Google, Ely Lilly, Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, University California Los Angeles, Georgetown University, McMaster University (Canada), and others.

Shelia is especially skilled at working with high performers in examining and understanding what shifts and/or changes will propel them to their desired results, without making sacrifices (health, marriage, family) on the other end. Clients report that working with Shelia has been the catalyst for unprecedented risk and reward. In addition to her private practice, Shelia trains new coaches with Accomplishment Coaching in Chicago.

Prior to coaching, Shelia had a highly successful twenty-year career in Higher Education as a Dean of Student Affairs and professor at universities across the country including Marquette, Loyola, Texas Tech University, and Chicago State University.  As a former Dean of Student Affairs, Shelia helped students model the lives they wanted and worked with them to overcome the obstacles that were keeping them from achieving their goals; yet, she was unfulfilled and unsatisfied in her own career and life.  It wasn’t enough; she thought she was NOT ENOUGH.

She chased a perfect, controlled world where everything lined up the way she wanted.  Each day it became more difficult to keep up the facade.  As she coached others on work-life balance and helped them reach their goals, her health and happiness continued to suffer.  Through extensive self-work and through the study of Ontology, Shelia’s life is full of balance and joy.

When not coaching, Shelia loves to travel, laugh, and eat tacos.  She also enjoys reading a good book and watching bad movies.  She also mentors youth through her work with Girl Scouts and Southside Growing places.  Shelia lives in Chicago with her husband of 2 1/2 years, MC.

Rashunda K. Johnson is a native of Pine Bluff and is a career educator having spent 25 years in the field of education primarily teaching foundation courses in mathematics. At the height of COVID, she found her blood pressure and anxiety at an all-time high. This led her to seeking more holistic ways of managing her stress so she resumed her yoga practice.

Being consistent with gentle movements and breath work began to lower her blood pressure and anxiety. Seeing the benefits of yoga for herself, she decided to enroll in Yoga Teacher Training at Eden Yoga and Salt in Little Rock. Her passion for nurturing and educating others has recently led her to a different type of classroom.

Since completing her training, she has shared yoga, meditation, and mindfulness teaching classes in-studio and in the community. As a lifelong learner and educator, she desire is to bring yoga awareness and representation to people who look like her. Her areas of interest are Restorative Yoga (anxiety relief), Yin Yoga (deep stretches), Chair Yoga (mobility and flexibility), and Beginner Yoga (intro to standing postures). In addition to teaching and practicing yoga, Rashunda is an avid walker who has completed over 25 5k walk/runs since 2020.

Larna Atkinson has spent more than 25 years as a health professional.  She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Xavier University of Louisiana in 1998.    After receiving her PharmD Larna started her as a pharmacist in hospitals where she focused on patient care.  Larna believes that medication is not the answer to health problems, it is a temporary solution.  Larna works with her patients to improve their overall health and quality of life.   Wanting to do more to support patients, Larna became a certified health coach in order to provide more specialized care.

Larna's own wellness journey has informed her life.  Having suffered significant loss over the past three years, Larna set out to make changes in her life.  She focused on not only her physical health, but also her mental health as she found peace and comfort.  Larna lives in Arkansas with her husband, Sam.  She is also the proud mother of two amazing boys, Jaxson and Jameson.
